Main "umbrella activities" on the field of benchmarking in the Czech Republic are made by Czech Society for Quality (www.csq.cz). It is in accordance with the approach of many national or global "quality" societies (e.g. APQC, EFQM…). It is also in accordance with the objectives of CSQ, which is National Partner Organization of European Foundation for Quality Management. The Czech Republic is also a member of GBN (Global Benchmarking Network) through CSQ.

For benchmarking activities and their coordination CSQ established web domain www.benchmarking.cz. This web site is continuously developed and improved to meet needs and requirements of benchmarking community in the Czech Republic

CSQ also provides licenced training for benchmarking consultants. The training program covers seven days in following steps:

One-day workshop for benchmarking site visits preparation

Two days for conducting site visits

One day analytical workshop

One day implementation seminar and consultancy

For potential benchmarkers CSQ prepared three-day open seminar "Benchmarking basics", which is possible to conduct also internally for individual organization. This seminar has a following program:
